Every product we offer is designed with care and tested for quality — and we stand behind each item with our 1-Year Limited Warranty.

This policy explains what’s covered, what isn’t, and how to request a replacement if something goes wrong.


1. What the Warranty Covers

Our 1-Year Limited Warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects in stitching, zippers, seams, or materials
  • Faulty construction or abnormal wear caused by manufacturing error
  • Broken or leaking inner beads in weighted blankets (under normal use)

If any of these issues occur within 12 months of purchase, Sleepeee will replace your product free of charge or offer an equivalent solution.


2. What’s Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear from daily use
  • Damage caused by misuse, washing errors, or accidents
  • Changes in texture or softness over time
  • Products purchased from unauthorized resellers
  • Items used for commercial purposes (e.g., spas, hotels)

Because our products are sensory and fabric-based, minor variations in color, texture, or weight distribution are considered normal and not a defect.


3. How to File a Warranty Claim

Our care team will review your request within 3–5 business days and guide you through the next steps calmly and clearly.


4. Resolution Options

  • A replacement of the same product
  • A partial or full refund if replacement isn’t possible
  • A store credit toward another Sleepeee product

We always aim for the solution that restores your comfort and peace of mind.


5. Warranty Transfer

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable.
Proof of purchase is required for all claims.


6. Shipping & Returns

If your product qualifies for replacement, Sleepeee will cover the cost of the new item and outbound shipping.
In some cases, we may not require the defective product to be returned — our team will confirm case by case.


7. Duration

The warranty begins on the date of delivery and remains valid for 12 months.
