Return & Refund Policy

At Sleepeee, your comfort and peace of mind come first.
If something doesn’t feel quite right with your order, we’ll do our best to make it right — gently and transparently.


Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns and exchanges for most unused products within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
  • You must include the order number or proof of purchase.
  • Requests must be made through support@sleepeee.com before returning any item.

Once your request is approved, we’ll provide the return instructions and address.
Please note: returns are currently sent to our international fulfillment partner.


Return Shipping Costs

Because we operate globally through trusted dropshipping partners, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility — unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If that happens, we’ll take care of it completely and send a replacement or full refund.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll receive a confirmation email.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days and automatically credited to your original payment method.

Please note that banks or payment providers may take additional time to post the refund to your account.


Exchanges

Need a different color or size?
We’re happy to assist — just contact us at at sleepeeeofficial@gmail.com within 14 days, and we’ll guide you through the exchange process.


Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately with:

  • Photos of the issue
  • Order number

We’ll send a replacement or full refund without hesitation.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened or used textile sprays
  • Sleep masks or weighted blankets that show visible use
  • Gift cards or digital downloads

We appreciate your understanding — this helps us maintain the quality and integrity of every product we send.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days, please first check with your bank or payment provider.
If you’ve done this and still haven’t received it, contact us at sleepeeeofficial@gmail.com and we’ll make sure it’s resolved quickly.
